IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
Funding for the ACP is expected to end April 30, 2024, unless Congress approves additional funding. After ACP ends, those enrolled in the program could experience an increase of up to $30 on their internet or cell phone bill unless they cancel or change their service plan. Please contact your provider if you have additional questions.

Apply Online72,105 Oakland households are eligible. You qualify if you (or someone in your household) participate in at least one of these programs:

Your household income is at or below a certain amount (e.g. $55,500/year for a family of four, $27,180/year for an individual).
You can submit an application online, by mail, or through an internet service provider.
Applying online is the easiest and fastest way if you have an email address. You can also apply by mail, or call an internet service provider and ask for help.
What will I need to apply?
