This document is a list of Planning Code amendments adopted by the Oakland City Council on June 2, 2020, and June 9, 2020. Each of the changes were made on June 2, 2020, and are effective July 2, 2020, with two exceptions. The changes to Auto Repair and Cleaning activities in the D-BV-4 Zone were adopted on June 9, 2020 and are effect July 9, 2020, and the activity Variance regulations were effective immediately upon approval on June 2, 2020.
