Deeply Rooted, a unique and innovative collaborative of community-based organizations that includes BAMBD CDC, is supporting the City of Oakland’s community engagement for the Oakland General Plan (OGP) over the next four years. Through this process, Oaklanders will envision and create an equitable, sustainable, and culturally-thriving Oakland.
