Asian Health Services will be hosting a Community Healing Event to support Chinatown and victims of hate, and celebrate Black History Month and the beginning of the Year of the Tiger! There will be free food, live cultural performances, on-site COVID-19 vaccines, and testing. Everyone is invited. There will also be resource booths, including the Black Arts Movement Business District Community Development Corporation, Oakland (BAMBD CDC). Visit BAMBD CDC's booth to play an interactive activity about housing, enter a raffle, and learn about the Oakland General Plan process. Share your experiences on housing and environmental justice with their staff!
