Help plan for housing in Oakland! Join us at the first of four upcoming workshops on Oakland’s Housing Element – our plan for next eight years on where new housing should be located, and what we can do meet the housing needs of the community. Your input will help the team determine how the City plans for housing to meet the needs of our diverse and growing city!
Learn more about:
- The Housing Element;
- Oakland's housing needs, including how much housing Oakland must plan for; and
- Areas that have been zoned for more housing.
Give us your thoughts on:
- Your vision for housing in Oakland;
- Additional places where you would like to see new housing located; and
- The types of housing the City should plan for at each site.
