Becky Frank and Hunter Oatman-Stanford from Caltrans will present on Vision 980, a Caltrans project that seeks to replace Interstate 980 through downtown Oakland with surface roads or a covered highway,
Michael Randolph from OakDOT will discuss the city's plans for electric vehicle charging stations, including whether they will obstruct accessible travel paths and whether they could also be used to charge electric wheelchairs.
