    A discussion of Oakland's proposed residential elevator ordinance with Laura Lane and Braz Shabrell from the city attorney's office.

  2. Pending lawsuits

    Discussion of two pending lawsuits against the City of Oakland, one involving infrastructure such as sidewalks and the other involving the city's Rent Adjustment Program, with Kevin McLaughlin from the city attorney's office.

  3. Streetscape improvements on Broadway, MLK Jr. Way, and 7th St.

    Presentation of streetscape improvement projects planned along Broadway, Martin Luther King, Jr. Way, and 7th Street, with Ruth Meza and Audrey Harris from OakDOT.

  4. General Plan Phase 2

    Discussion of Oakland's general planning process as it moves into its second phase, with Joanna Winter and Johnny Jaramillo from the Planning and Building Department.
