    Joanna Winter and Michelle Matranga from Planning and Building will present on universal design elements in the Downtown Oakland Specific Plan.

    Marchelle Huggins from HCD will present on lending programs offered by the city, such as the Access Improvement Program..

  3. Upper Telegraph Project

    Cathy DeLuca from OakDOT will present on a streetscape project along upper Telegraph Avenue.
