The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission (PRAC) reviewed two items on September 16, 2020 including (1) A request from Oakland Public Works’ Project and Grants Management Division for PRAC to endorse the Mosswood Park Master Plan and recommended approval of the proposed Minor Conditional Use Permit for the Mosswood Community Center Phase 1 Building Project AND (2) Recommendations from the PRAC Lake Merritt Ad Hoc Committee regarding the Lake Merritt Revitalization & Sustainability Plan.
