Consent New Business A-D: (A)Oakland East Bay Garden Center, Inc. and Friends of the Gardens at Lake Merritt-Annual Autumn Lights Festival/Fundraiser Thursday, October 14, 2021 and Saturday, October 16, 2021, 6:00pm-11:00pm; (B) Sooakland Day In The Park Event at Joaquin Miller Park on Sunday, September 26, 2021, 1:00pm-7:00pm; (C) Oakland LGBTQ Community - Pride In The Park at Lakeside Park (Edoff Memorial Bandstand), Saturday, September 11, 2021,12:00pm-6:00pm. DopeOnly (Do) - Cool Water Event , at Lakeside Park Garden Center, Saturday, September 4, 2021, 2:00pm -8:00pm. New Business: Informational Report and Update on Oakland’s Urban Forest Master Plan and Tree Inventory; Informational Report from Oakland-Resident on the Environmental impact to Joaquin Miller Park; Continued use of park space adjacent to El Embarcadero for a Vending Pilot on Saturdays and Sundays and Measure Q updates.
