Help Locate Jason Milligan Zwehl, A Runaway Person at Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating runaway person, Jason Milligan Zwehl, who is at-risk due to his age.
Milligan Zwehl is 12-years-old and was last seen today, December 14, 2021, around 9:00 AM, in the area of Coolidge Avenue and Carmel Street. Milligan Zwehl is originally from Davis, CA, and it is unclear if he is attempting to return to the area.
The 12-year-old is described as a white male, weighing 120 pounds, 5’ 3” tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. Milligan Zwehl was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, green sweatpants with a white stripe, and blue and orange shoes.
