On February 21, 2021, at about 9:25 AM, Oakland Police Patrol Officers responded to the 900 block of 69th Avenue for a report of a fight and a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim (Oakland resident) with multiple stab wounds. Officers on scene attempted life-saving measures until medical personnel arrived. Oakland Fire Department personnel and Falck ambulance crew transported the victim to a local hospital. Unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
Oakland Police Homicide Investigators responded to the scene and began the follow-up investigation into the circumstances surrounding the apparent homicide.
