Missing Person Emiliano Casarez: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Emiliano Casarez, who is at risk due to age.
Missing Person Emiliano Casarez
He was last seen on September 1, 2022, in the 3000 block of East 7th Street, around 8:00 a.m. Casarez is likely wearing a plaid shirt and blue jeans.
Casarez is described as an 82-year-old, Hispanic male with a dark complexion. He stands 5’8” and weighs 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
