Oakland, CA – The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media in locating missing person at risk, James Tyler, 67. Tyler was last seen on July 10th, 2021, leaving his residence which is located in the 1400 block of 89th Avenue, Oakland. Tyler is described as a white male, 67-years-old, 6’01”, 148 pounds, blue eyes, and gray hair. Tyler suffers from multiple health conditions. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, and gray sweatpants.
