Missing Person James Broussard: At Risk Due to Alzheimer’s

The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community members and media partners in locating Missing Person, James Broussard, who is at risk due to Alzheimer’s.

Broussard was last seen on December 14, 2023, around 7:30 a.m. in the 400 block of 63rd Street, wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray pants with black shoes.

Broussard is described as a 64-year-old biracial (Black and Caucasian) male. He stands 6’ tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

The family reports Broussard is in good physical condition.
