Missing Person Millow Bradford: At Risk Due to Dementia

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Millow Bradford, who is at risk due to Dementia.

Bradford is a San Francisco resident. However, she was last seen around 12:30 a.m., on May 6, 2022, in the 300 block of Hawthorne Avenue.

She was wearing a multicolored knit cap with a fuzzy ball on top, a dark brown distressed jacket, blue jeans, and black crocs. Bradford is known to use public transit.

Bradford is described as a 74-year-old, African American female. She stands 5’4”, weighs 135 pounds, with gray hair, and brown eyes. The family reports Bradford has Dementia.
