Missing Person Richard Dumas: At Risk Due to Age and Dementia 

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Richard Dumas, who is at risk due to age and Dementia.

Dumas was last seen around 12:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025, in the 2400 block of 80th Avenue, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

He is described as a 77-year-old Black male, 5’10” tall and 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Dumas, please contact the Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at (510) 238-3641.
