Missing Person Robert Shipp: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Robert Shipp, who is at risk due to age.
He was last seen in the 900 block of 55th Street on December 6, 2022, at 3:00 AM, wearing a black Warriors hat, blue jean jacket, and blue pants.
Shipp is described as an 80-year-old, male with a medium complexion. He stands 5’10” and weighs 200 pounds, bald with brown eyes.
