Missing Person Vermell Keeles: At Risk Due to Age and Dementia

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Vermell Keeles, who is at risk due to age and dementia.

Keeles was last seen on June 15, 2023, around 3:00 PM, in the 9800 block of Stearns Avenue, in Oakland, CA. She was wearing a brown button-up sweater and blue jeans (pictured above).

Keeles is described as a 76-year-old, Black female. She stands 5’7”, weighs 200 pounds, has grey hair, and brown eyes.

Keeles’ family reports she has dementia and is in good physical condition.
