- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) & HOPWA-CV
Public Review & Comment Period: February 1, 2024 – February 15, 2024. The 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance And Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available online for public review and feedback.
Submission of Comments: Please submit written feedback regarding the CAPER to cde@oaklandca.gov or by mail at the address below by 5:00pm, February 15, 2024, to the attention of Gregory Garrett with Subject: “CAPER Comments”.
