A virtual public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 1:30p.m. via teleconference. The City reports annually, the accomplishments and progress toward the Con Plan and Annual Action Plan (AAP) goals through the Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is used to inform HUD and the public on how Entitlement funds have been expended in the report year; the impact; and evaluates the City’s performance in carrying out the identified goals of the Con Plan and AAP. The CAPER is available online at 2019 to 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report CAPER.
