OPD Needs Help Finding An Attempted Homicide Suspect

OPD NEWS:

The Oakland Police Department is releasing this video and photos in hopes of identifying a suspect wanted in connection to an attempted homicide.

The shooting occurred just before 8:45 AM today, in the 10200 block of International Boulevard. Officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a shooting. Once on scene, officers located an adult male, Oakland resident suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s). Oakland Fire Department personnel and Falck ambulance crew additionally responded to the scene to provide medical treatment. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition. If you see the suspect, please call 911. Do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous.
