OPD Needs Help Locating an Individual Wanted in Connection with a Homicide
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is releasing these pictures in hopes the community can help locate 26-year-old Juan Lopez of Oakland. Lopez is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Pablo Garcia Junior.
The homicide occurred on October 28, 2022, just before 8:45 PM, in the 10200 block of International Boulevard.
The Oakland Police Department and CrimeStoppers of Oakland are offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case.

Background:
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating a homicide that occurred on October 28, 2022, just before 8:45 PM, in the 10200 block of International Boulevard. Officers responded to the area for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim (adult male, Oakland resident) suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased on scene by medical personnel. An additional shooting victim (adult female, Oakland resident) was located on scene and transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
