UPDATE: The Oakland Police Department (OPD) makes arrests in connection to an attempted murder of two California Highway Patrol Officers. OPD officers and members of the Hayward Police Department’s Special Response Unit took two male adults into custody without incident, in the 400 block of Rousseau Street in Hayward around 10 PM Tuesday.

California Highway Patrol (CHP) advised OPD's Communications Division of a vehicle pursuit in the 9800 block of Golf Links Road.
