The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person at risk, Joe Ricks.

Ricks was last seen at 11:30 AM, on October 6, 2021, in the 5400 block of Vicente Way, possibly headed to San Francisco. He was wearing a brown jacket, black jeans, black boots, and possibly carrying a black backpack.
