The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is releasing this video in hopes of identifying an individual wanted in connection to a strong-arm robbery.
The incident occurred on March 5, 2022, around 7:30 pm, in the 200 block of 28th Street. The victim who is in their 60's was unloading groceries when an individual grabbed the victim’s bag, causing them to fall to the ground. The individual left the area in an awaiting vehicle.
