Missing Person Bettye Williams: At Risk Due to Dementia

The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community members and media partners in locating Missing Person, Bettye Williams, who is at risk due to Dementia.

Williams was last seen on December 2, 2023, around 9:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of 101st Avenue, wearing a black dress.

Williams is described as a 78-year-old Black female. She stands 5’2” tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes.

If you have any knowledge or information regarding the whereabouts of Williams, please notify the Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 510-238-3641.
