OPD NEWS:

Missing Person Penny Parker: At Risk Due to Dementia

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Penny Parker, who is at risk due to early onset of dementia.

She was last seen on September 2, 2023, in the 400 block of Oakland Avenue. Parker uses a walking cane that has red and yellow tape towards the bottom. Her last known clothing description is unknown at this time.

Parker is described as a 57-year-old, black female. She stands 5’5” and weighs 130 pounds, short salt and pepper hair, brown eyes. The family reports Parker is in poor physical condition and shows signs of early onset dementia.
