The Oakland Police Department Needs Your Help Solving a Homicide. On January 18, 2021, just after 6:30 AM, Jesus Razo was fatally shot in the 1200 block of 88th Avenue. This video surveillance from the area captured the shooter driving this light gray SUV. The individual appears to be slim, short, and wearing a light color hoodie and dark pants.
