Oakland Public Works is conducting a feasibility study to evaluate building conditions and functions at the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts. The study aims to maximize the effectiveness of the arts center as a resource for Oakland's vibrant arts community. The City will use the study to support Oakland Parks, Recreation & Youth Development (OPRYD) management of the facility and to guide future facility improvements and fundraising.
