90th Ave Repaving & Redesign

The City of Oakland repaved 0.8 miles of 90th Avenue between International Boulevard and MacArthur Boulevard in 2019 and will be completing the painted median by October 2020

Claremont Hotel

In 2016, Signature Development Group submitted an application for construction of 44 residential units, various site and circulation improvements, and expansion of club membership and facilities on the grounds of the Claremont Hotel, a designated City Landmark (Case File #PLN16053).

Oak Knoll Mixed Use Community

The Project is a Master Planned community on the former Oak Knoll Naval Medical Center (PLN15378), which is approximately 191 acres conisting of 918 residences, 72,000 sq ft of neighborhood commercial, 14,000 sq ft of civic/commercial use, open space, creek restorations, and trails.

MacArthur BART Transit Village Project (MacArthur Station)

The MacArthur Transit Village is a mixed-use, multi-phased transit-oriented development located at the MacArthur BART Station. The village offers 880 new residential units, 143 at below market rent, and a new parking garage with 478 spaces for BART patrons and guests. The project will also contain nearly 40,000 square feet of new commercial/retail space (project case file #PUD06058).

Mosswood Community Center Project

Construction for a new Community Center and park improvements at Mosswood Park is underway! The community has been an essential partner in this effort, beginning with a Visioning and Master Plan Phase, to envision the possibilities for the future Community Center and Park.
