Fruitvale Village Phase 2A

The proposed project includes the demolition of the existing site improvements and the construction of a four-story condominium/apartment building with 275 units to be built around interior courtyards and a five-story (six-level) parking garage.

Emerald Views Residential Development Project

This project was formerly known as 222 19th Street Development Project. The project proposed the demolition of the existing garden associated with the historic August Schilling estate and construction of a 42-story residential high-rise (457’-9” to the top of the pyramidal roof form) containing 370 for-sale units, a 933 sq. ft. of ground floor café, and 357 parking spaces in five levels of underground parking.

Electric Bike Lending Pilot Program

The Oakland Electric Bike Lending Pilot Program will make electric bikes available for low-cost rental in West Oakland, Chinatown, Fruitvale / San Antonio and East Oakland.

460 24th St. (Pigozzi Project)

Office development on the block between 24th and 25th Streets including 99,788 square feet of office with ground floor retail. (Case File #PLN19096)

Speed Safety Cameras Pilot Program

The City of Oakland is in the process of implementing up to 18 speed safety camera systems authorized under the passage Assembly Bill (AB) 645, which was passed in October 2023. Cameras are expected to come online in Fall/Winter 2025.
