Fox Oakland Theater, Inc. (FOT), a non-profit affiliate of the City of Oakland, in cooperation with the City’s Economic & Workforce Development Department, is seeking a well-qualified vendor to provide property management services for the Fox Oakland Theater building.
Funded by Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Tax (Measure HH)
OakDOT is implementing safety improvements on West Grand Avenue between Mandela Parkway and Market Street.

Antioch Court Renovation for a Safer and Vibrant Community Space
The City of Oakland owns a 5.4-acre parcel of vacant land on portions of Barcelona Street and St. Andrews Road, commonly known as the "Barcelona" parcel.
Bridge Development Partners has submitted a proposal to demolish the existing contaminated buildings, remediate the site, and construct a warehouse on the site previously owned by General Electric.
