The Fox Theater is a historic three-story building located at 1807 Telegraph Avenue in the Uptown District of downtown Oakland.
The Fox is a fully-occupied mixed-use project, home to:
- a 2,800-seat concert hall operated by Another Planet Entertainment (APE)
- a bar and event space, known as the Den, operated by APE
- the Oakland School for the Arts (OSA), a public charter school in the Oakland Unified School District
- the arcade bar venue “Emporium,” operated by Emporium LLC.
The facility has excellent access to public transit and local freeways and interstates.
The Fox is owned by Fox Oakland Theater, Inc. (FOT), a non-profit affiliate of the City. The Fox is on the National Register of Historic Places.
FOT seeks a Property Manager experienced in building maintenance, managing tenant relations and financial reporting. Prior experience providing property management services for multi-use historic buildings and/or theaters is preferred.
