The proposed project would result in the construction and operation of a 10 single-family detached units and 17.4 acres of conservation open space development on what is currently undeveloped land. Existing surrounding roadways and land uses would be retained. Additionally, the project would include an internal roadway connecting the development to the existing street (Campus Drive).
Following certification of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and the approval of the proposed project by the City Council, the following discretionary permits and approvals from the City would be required for the proposed project:

§ Tree Removal Permit
§ Creek Protection Permit
§ Building Permit
§ Off Site Infrastructure (PX) Permit
§ Planned Unit Development (PUD) Permit and Preliminary Development Plan (PDP)
§ Final Development Plan
