Pre-Bidders’ Conference will be held on February 2, 2023, at 11:00 am (Zoom is provided below and in included in)
- Meeting ID: 551 297 9028 (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5512979028)
- City Data Services (CDS) Electronic Application database will be “live” starting on February 2, 2023. Applicants will be able to enter data into the application database at this time.
- Training for the CDS Electronic Application is February 6, 2023, at 2:30 pm (CDS Zoom information is provided in the NOFA.)
- NOFA Office Hours (City staff will be available to answer any application questions or concerns) will be held on February 9, 2023, at 10:30 am (Zoom information is provided in the NOFA.)
- Applications are due on April 3, 2023, at 10:00 am (online application submittal only).
Entitlements/CEQA: Please note that prior to staff recommendation to the City Council, which is anticipated in May 2023, projects must have Planning entitlement and CEQA clearance (certified EIR, or negative declaration) and this documentation must be provided to HCDD staff via CDS.
