The 2024-25 New Construction NOFA Release date is Monday, September 23, 2024.
2024-25 New Construction NOFA Pre-Bidders’ Conference will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 2:00 pm (Zoom info Coming Soon).
- City Data Services (CDS) Electronic Application database will be “live” starting on Monday, September 23, 2024. Applicants will be able to enter data into the application database at this time.
- Training for the CDS Electronic Application will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 1:00 pm (Zoom Info Coming Soon)
- NOFA Office Hours (City staff will be available to answer application questions or concerns) will be held on Friday, October 11th and Friday, October 18th at 11:00 am (Zoom Info Coming Soon)
- NOFA Application Questions and Answers via email are due on or before October 10th and October 17th.
Note: No application questions will be allowed after Friday, October 18, 2024.
- Applications are due on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 5:00 pm (online application submittal only).
