2020-2021 Community Action Plan Presentation (Updated 6/24/19)

The Community Action Plan (CAP) serves as a two-year roadmap demonstrating how AC-OCAP plans to deliver services funded by the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). The CAP identifies and assesses poverty related needs and resources in Alameda County and establishes a detailed plan, goals and priorities for delivering those services to individuals and families most affected by poverty.

The CAP community needs assessment draws from a wide variety of data sources, as well as feedback from the community gathered via an online survey, and at a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing was held June 10, 2019 at Oakland City Hall. Thank-you to all who provided feedback.
