Technical Assistance is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, via MS Teams. No appointment is required.

Before you contact us:

1. Check your email for messages from the City or Green Halo/Oakland Waste Tracking.
   1. This includes SPAM and JUNK folders. Add Green Halo/Oakland Waste Tracking to your Safe Sender list.
2. Answer any questions from city staff in Oakland Waste Tracker, aka Green Halo Systems. Resubmit if necessary.
3. If you have another error, take a screen shot of the error message. Be prepared to share that image with us.
