CPRA Closures

When the investigative staff of the Community Police Review Agency finalizes their investigation into the facts surrounding a community generated complaint of officer misconduct, they close the investigation with a closure letter to the complainant. Each complaint and investigation is composed of at least one allegation of an officer violation of a rule codified in the OPD Manual of Rules (MOR); and each allegation receives a separate finding based on the factual findings of the investigation.
