Oakland ADA Curb Ramp Transition Plan

Curb Ramps are built upon request for persons with disabilities and according to the priorities set forth in the Curb Ramp Transition Plan. Oakland Public Works Department's Right of Way Management Division formerly administers the Curb Ramp Program and regularly reports on its progress to the Mayor's Commission on Persons with Disabilities. These tasks have been transferred to the Department of Transportation's Paving and Sidewalk section.
