City-Owned Parking Garages and Lots

The City of Oakland's Off-Street Parking Program is organized within the Department of Transportation's Parking & Mobility Division. The program is authorized by Article XXVII of the City Charter. The City uses professional parking operators to operate and manage these facilities with the aim of maximizing their value for the surrounding districts.
