A plumbing permit will be required. Once the application is filed out, interested applicants may submit via the Oakland Online Permit Portal.
This application and permit is intended only for simple systems, such as clothes washer diversion into a gray water system. More complex gray water systems and those proposing storage must submit engineered plans for review and approval as part of their plumbing application.
