Officer Involved Shootings and Discharges of Less Lethal Munitions

By law, the public has a right to records relating to the report, investigation, or findings of an incident involving the discharge of a firearm at a person by an officer. This includes use of less lethal rounds when discharged by a firearm. These records are disclosable even when the officer's discharge is exonerated.

Facade and Tenant Improvement Program

Small business owners and property owners can apply for up to $75,000 through the City of Oakland’s expanded and updated Facade and Tenant Improvement Program to improve the exterior and interior of their commercial properties.

Immigrant Micro-Business Support Program

Technical assistance workshops and one-on-one support for Immigrant micro-businesses by The Unity Council and Feed the Hunger Fund, in partnership with The City of Oakland Economic and Workforce Development staff. Services provided in three languages -- Spanish, Mam, and Vietnamese.
