Funds are available for the new construction of affordable multifamily rental housing (including permanent supportive housing projects). Restricted to affordable rental housing only with 10 or more units. Homeownership projects will not be eligible in this NOFA round. The City will award projects to successfully position them for State Super NOFA funding.

This includes use of less lethal rounds when discharged by a firearm. These records are disclosable even when the officer's discharge is exonerated.
