When You Arrive for Your Permitting Appointment

1. Upon entering the building, please sign-in with the security guard. 
2. After signing the visitor log, the security guard will direct you to a touchscreen kiosk. Please follow the prompts in on the kiosk to check-in for your appointment, or to join the queue for walk-in service.
3. Next, please wait for your ticket number to be called for service by OakDOT staff. 
4. Please remain in this area until an OakDOT staff member meets you.
5. OakDOT staff will meet you on the first floor, then escort you to the second floor for your counter appointment.

Monday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm walk-in

Tuesday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm by appointment only

Wednesday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm walk-in

Thursday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm by appointment only

Friday: Closed
