Obstruction Permit

You must obtain an Obstruction [OB] Permit before blocking or obstructing any street parking, curb/gutter, sidewalk, or traffic lane. An approved Traffic Control Plan may also be required. Applicants seeking an Obstruction Permit to install a vehicle barrier to deter vehicle-based robberies must first complete a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Assessment.
