Archived Government Meetings
Archived City Council and Committee videos are available via physical copies or online through Legistar. Videos of the Planning Commission and other government meetings may be available on their departmental websites or through KTOP-TV10.

Duplication
KTOP-TV10 cannot duplicate acquired programming.
You may purchase up to three DVD copies of all government meetings covered by KTOP-TV10. For more than three copies, you may purchase a Beta SP tape to take to an outside vendor for duplication.
Costs: The cost per legislative DVD is $2.50; KTOP-TV10 productions are $20.00.
Ordering & Payment: Download and fill out the duplication request form. Pay by cash, check, or money order payable to City of Oakland - KTOP-TV10.
KTOP-TV10 makes every effort to complete requests within 7-10 business days. Copies of older programs may take longer. In these cases, KTOP-TV10 will give you an estimated time for completing the order.

We will call you for pick-up when your copy is ready. Or, for an additional fee, we can mail your copy. Please check with KTOP-TV10 for current mailing costs. We will hold your DVD for three weeks; if you do not pick it up, we will recycle it.
