To Pay Off a Loan

Getting Started:

Complete the following steps to pay off your loan.

1. Download our Loan Payoff Request Form

   • Loan Payoff Request Form
2. Complete the form.

   Please submit the following information with the form:

   • Deed of Trust
   • Borrower(s) Signed Authorization
   • The Signed Loan Payoff Request Form
3. Return the Loan Payoff Request Form

   When you have completed and signed both forms, please review and return the forms, including all additional required documents via email to: loanservicing@oaklandca.gov, or by fax to: FAX (510)238-3794.
