To pay online, go to https://aca.accela.com/oakland. No account is required to pay your Fire Prevention inspection fees. Select "Pay Fee" then "Search & Pay Fire" then select "Payments" then "Fees" and "Pay Fees". You can select which items you want to pay with the "View Cart" option on the payment screen. Note: If you searched by Record Number, there may be additional fees owed for your property under other Records.

Register for an Account
To get access to view your inspection reports, invoices, and photos, click on this link. Select "Register for an Account" in the upper right of the page. You will receive and e-mail requesting proof of ownership (Driver's License or ID Card) be sent to fireacasupport@oaklandca.gov to finalize registration. Once verification of ownership against assessor records is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to advise your registration is active. Registered users can pay online and have access to all inspection details including inspection letters, photos, future inspection dates, and fees due.
